Once a kid knows that they CAN learn
and HOW they learn,
nothing will stop them...
I learnt this due to several things that happened today.
1. I work as a private tutor. One of my students has come so far in the 1.5 years that I have been tutoring him. Today he was able to tell me how he was going to study for a maths exam, and how he was able to help another student with his assignment because he understood how to do it.
2. Another student at my uni was also tutoring some high school students, however, he was having some trouble helping the students. This person didn't understand that students learn differently and could not understand how his students weren't understanding what he was teaching them.
